Information we collect

We may collect contact details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, message content, and communication preferences.

We collect basic website usage information, such as pages visited, device/browser information, approximate (state-level) location derived from your IP address when you visit, and referral sources. We do not store the IP address.

SproutIQ also works with public records and publicly available business information to identify and describe potential commercial opportunities.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, deliver opportunity previews, evaluate vendor fit, improve SproutIQ, and maintain security.

When we describe an opportunity, we aim to keep source-backed facts separate from commercial inferences, timing reads, and vendor-fit analysis.

Analytics and cookies

We use one first-party analytics cookie, called sprout_sid, that lasts 30 minutes. It lets us count page views and clicks on buy buttons.

We store a hashed session ID (not the cookie value itself), the domain of the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, and your state-level location. We never store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or full referrer URLs.

When you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account. We do not use any third-party trackers. We keep this analytics data for about 13 months.

Public records and opportunity data

SproutIQ may summarize or reference information from government databases, regulatory records, business websites, public filings, and other publicly available sources.

Public previews name only the state. Company names, named local geography, source identifiers, exact dates, values, contacts, and evidence links may be retained in dossiers after purchase.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or process transactions for SproutIQ.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer involving SproutIQ or Silver Lion Holdings.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including business, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where applicable law gives you those rights.

You may update your communication preferences using the link in a message or contact support@sproutiq.io. Dossiers are released by an operator to your portal; we do not send automatic buyer lead emails.

Children

SproutIQ is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will show when the latest version took effect.
